Co-packing services

Consulting

Engineering and supply-chain services for brands that need a factory found, fixed or managed. Sourcing, supplier quality, OEM and ODM management and the drawings a factory can actually quote from.

Consulting services

Co-packing services

Your product, your label. Our line, our records.

We pack finished goods under your brand as a white-label or private-label program. You own the brand and the channel. We own the line, the changeover, the batch record and the release.

Formats run from single-unit packs and pouches to retail cartons and master shippers, set up per program. The renders below are representative formats, not a product category: the line is configured to your spec.

Representative render of a packing line on a conveyor

Single-unit formats

Count-based packs where every unit is portioned, inspected and sealed before it is cased.

Flip-top packs

Rigid flip-top cases with a tear-away seal. Your artwork on our dielines, print-ready files checked before a single carton is ordered.

Pouches

Resealable and single-serve pouches for lighter, lower-cost SKUs and sampling programs.

Flip-top pack with retail cartons and a master shipper

Cartons and shippers

Retail cartons, inner packs and master shippers sized to your distributor's case pack and pallet pattern.

White and private label

Your brand on a format we already run, or a program engineered to your spec. Either way you hold the brand and the records.

Documented changeovers

Line clearance, a signed changeover record and first-article inspection between programs. Two to three days, not a slot next quarter.

Gloved hand holding a single unit at the inspection bench

Labeling, claims and regulatory posture are reviewed with your counsel before the first run, and we make no regulatory claims on your behalf.

How a program runs

From brief to shipped in five steps.

  1. Brief

Format, volumes, channel and timeline. Fit and lead time are confirmed in writing before anyone spends money.

  2. Artwork and packaging

Your brand on our dielines. Print-ready files, barcodes and carton markings are checked before anything is ordered.

  3. Pilot run

A 10,000-unit lot with first-article inspection and retained samples. Nothing scales until you sign off.

  4. Production and release

Batch records and lot traceability on every run. Each lot is released against the agreed specification.

  5. Ship

Cartons and master shippers go to your distributors on the schedule we agreed, lot number on every case.

Quality

Every lot has a record. Every record is yours.

The same discipline we audit suppliers against runs our own line. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system means documented procedures, inspection records you can read and a corrective action for every nonconformance. Distribution runs through an age-verified B2B program: business customers only, verified before an account is opened.

  • Controlled inspection area at the line: gowned, gloved and access-controlled
  • Batch records and lot traceability from incoming goods to master shipper
  • First-article inspection and retained samples on every pilot and production lot
  • Signed line clearance at every changeover
  • 8D problem solving on every nonconformance
  • Supplier audits scored against a written standard

Consulting

Engineering and supply-chain consulting.

For brands that need a factory found, fixed or managed. One accountable manager from the RFQ package to the production ramp, with the same records discipline we run on our own line.

Component sourcing

Supplier search and vetting, RFQ packages, competitive quotes, landed-cost models, MOQ and incoterm negotiation.

Assembly sourcing

BOM-level sourcing for multi-part assemblies, tooling ownership terms, vendor coordination and first-article alignment.

OEM / ODM manufacturing management

DFM review, tooling, pilot build, first-article inspection, production ramp, QC and logistics. One accountable manager: us.

Supplier quality audits

On-site or remote audits scored against a written standard, with risk-ranked findings and a corrective-action plan the supplier can act on.

Supplier quality management

APQP and PPAP execution, PFMEA and control plans, Cpk validation, supplier scorecards and 8D problem solving.

Supplier rescue and on-site

Containment at the supplier, expedited PPAP recovery, line-down escalation and overseas travel when a program is already in trouble.

Engineering drawings and CAD

Manufacturing-ready CAD, dimensioned drawings to ASME Y14.5 and packaging dielines, so a factory can quote what you actually mean.

Who we serve

Built for brands that have to ship.

Business to business only. From a first SKU to an established line, the brief is the same: a format, a volume and a date.

Brands

Consumer brands that need a second line, a seasonal surge or a format they cannot run in house. Your artwork, our changeover.

Distributors

Distributors building a private-label range. One partner for the format, the carton and the pallet pattern.

Founders launching a line

First SKU, first 10,000 units. A pilot lot with first-article inspection, so the launch order is your second run, not your first.

Companies reshoring a program

Programs coming back from overseas. We re-source the components, re-qualify the suppliers and bring the packing to Wadsworth, Ohio.

Why Rite

Small enough to answer. Disciplined enough to scale.

Four things partners tell us they could not get elsewhere.

One accountable partner

One manager owns your program from RFQ to release. No hand-offs to chase, no ticket queue.

Engineering under the same roof

The people who write the drawings and control plans are the people who run the line. Problems get fixed at the cause.

Records, not reassurance

You see the batch record and the inspection result, not a summary of them.

Flexible by design

Pilot lots, seasonal volumes and artwork changes in days, without waiting behind someone else's run.

Questions

Straight answers before the quote.

What is the minimum order?

Pilot lots start at 10,000 units and scale from there to six-figure monthly volumes. A pilot is a real production lot with first-article inspection and retained samples, not a sample run.

How long does a program take to start?

Fit and lead time are confirmed in writing within one business day of a complete brief. Once artwork is signed off and materials are on hand, a changeover to your SKU takes two to three days and a pilot lot ships in weeks, not months.

Which packaging formats do you run?

Single-unit formats, flip-top packs, resealable and single-serve pouches, retail cartons, inner packs and master shippers. Your artwork on our dielines. A format we do not already run is quoted as a program.

How do we start?

Email contact@riteinnovations.com with the format, the volume and the timeline, or call 269-399-6928. You get a straight answer on fit and lead time, then a quote. Every program is quoted to spec; nothing is priced off a list.

Tell us what you need built or packed.

Send the brief: format, volumes, timeline and where you are stuck. You get a straight answer on fit and lead time within one business day, then a quote.

Email contact@riteinnovations.com or call 269-399-6928. Not sure what to send? What to include in a quote request.
