Herbs & Fitness

Despite the lingering stigma that the herb encourages laziness, many people are now exploring the idea of incorporating botanicals into their exercise routines, helping to make the experience more enjoyable overall.

In a similar sense, certain cannabinoids like THC or CBD may contribute to this experience.

While the herb won’t necessarily make you faster, it may contribute to a more enjoyable post-exercise recovery or help improve your mental flow, allowing you to focus on your workout for a longer period.

*It’s important to note that THC could impair motor skills, so it’s not recommended to consume it before resistance training or heavy weightlifting exercises, or if you have any pre-existing heart conditions.
